Payment options with you in mind
Our practice operates under a fee-for-service model. All services provided will require payment at the time of service.
This means, no copays/estimated patient portions. Payment will be expected in full at the time of service with the following options

Insurance: As a courtesy we will continue to verify your insurance as well as submit all claims on your behalf. Your insurance will now reimburse you directly according to your policy and it's out-of-network benefits.
